Gordon Neely Memorial Fund

In Memory of Gordon Neely

Gordon's work was really just starting at The Society.  With your help we plan on continuing many if not all of Gordon's work.  Hundreds of dollars have already been received in Gordon's name.  Just as Gordon was very special, we plan on doing something special in Gordon's name with your donations.   Thank you.

Donations can be made in Gordon's name to
The Berwick Historical Society.

GERALD KERSHNER MEMORIAL FUND

Gerald Kershner was a graduate of Berwick High School and had a great love for history. He particularly loved the Jackson Mansion as he was the great grandson of Colonel Jackson's coachman Jacob Knecht. His dream was to see the Jackson Mansion restored back to its glory days. Once The Berwick Historical Society got the chance to restore the Mansion, Jerry jumped in with both feet. Jerry made many financial donations and helped oversee much of the restoration using his vast knowledge of the Jackson family. We always enjoyed listening to Jerry tell stories about the Jacksons. He was loved by many and will be missed by all of us.

Jerry left both of his homes to The Berwick Historical Society.  The society needs money to paint the homes and to restore the one home back into the parlor maid's home with both homes open to the public for tours.

The Berwick Historical Society wants to continue Jerry's legacy at his family homes. The society has started the Gerald Kershner Memorial Fund. This fund will be used to continue the restoration of his homes that Jerry helped start.

Donations can be made using your credit card click here or send a check in memory of Gerald Kershner to: The Berwick Historical Society, P.O. Box 301, Berwick, PA 18603.
